We offer 4 service levels, Let only (prices from £175), Rent Receipt (7%), Fully Managed (9%), Fully Managed with Safeguard Plus (12%).

*Safeguard plus offers Landlords peace of mind through Rent Guarantee insurance, following a steep rise in prices post Covid, a fee of £150 is applicable for the insurance policy with nil excess (this figure may fluctuate due to changes in the price structure of the policy).

We are confident that our service levels will cover most Landlords needs, but we are always happy to try to make a taylormade package to suit if required.
